Youthpreneur Stichting is a non-profit foundation that focuses on youth entrepreneurship and empowerment by providing training and development for soft and hard skills, aimed at career development and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to help young people enhance their skills, foster their career development, and entrepreneurial spirit. We collaborate with projects supported by the Erasmus+ program, adding an international and educational dimension to our work. Additionally, we aim to create a resources section on our website where youth entrepreneurs can access valuable guides, templates, and tools to support their ventures.

Our Story
Once upon a time in the bustling city, of The Hague, there was a group of passionate individuals determined to make a difference in the lives of young people thought Europe. They were the founders of Youthpreneur Stichting, a non-profit foundation dedicated to empowering youth through entrepreneurship and skill development.
At the heart of their mission was a deep desire to unlock the potential of every young person they encountered. They believed that by equipping them with the right tools and knowledge, they could pave the way for a brighter future filled with opportunities.
Today, every day, the team at YP is working tirelessly to create impactful programs and initiatives aimed at nurturing both soft and hard skills essential for success in the modern world. From workshops on communication and leadership to training sessions on AI, digital skills, financial literacy and project management, they left no stone unturned in their quest to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Recognising the power of collaboration, YP forged partnerships with projects supported by the Erasmus+ program, opening doors to international experiences and educational opportunities for young people. Through these partnerships, we are able to add a global dimension to our work, exposing youth to diverse cultures, ideas, and perspectives.
Yet, we know that there was more we could do to support aspiring youth. And so, we embarked on a new venture to create a comprehensive resources section on our website. This section would serve as a treasure trove of invaluable guides, templates, and tools tailored to the unique needs of budding youth, providing them with the resources they needed to turn their dreams into reality,
inspiring others to dream big and reach for the stars.
And so, the journey of Youthpreneur Stichting is just starting, fueled by passion, dedication, and a steadfast commitment to empowering youth to create a better tomorrow.

Meet the vibrant team behind YP, a dedicated group of individuals committed to igniting change and empowering youth around the globe. Led by visionary leaders and fueled by passion, our team brings together a diverse range of talents, experiences, and perspectives, united by a shared mission to unlock the potential of every young person we encounter.
Director
Elena Davidovska
Actively involved in the NGO sector since 2007 when she was an EVS volunteer in Greece. After participating in numerous mobility activities, she took over YP with the main idea to multiply her experience and promote non-formal education and help youth in their carrier development as key methods in youth development.
Project manager
Marija Trajchevska
Economy graduate involved in youth work since 2010, following her activities with various organizations in Macedonia and since 2021 in The Netherlands. She is a key part of the management team and is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization.
Project coordinator
Slavenka Arandjelovic
Social worker with over 20 years of experience in various fields. She oversees operational activities at every level of the organisation and works with various target groups of young people to inspire and mentor them about the transformative powers of meditation, mindset, carrier development and personality growth.
Program Coordinator
Aleksandra Lalova
Aleksandra contributes to strategic planning in YP designed to improve the overall efficiency of the organization. She is also responsible for supporting projects within the organization which includes coordinating Erasmus+ projects and participants for Erasmus+ mobilities and managing volunteers in the organization
Social Media Coordinator
Naumce Trajchevski
Naumce manages the organisation social media platforms and creates content to promote its online visibility. He is also engaged in providing support to all YP team members and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and safe environment for them. In addition to his role in social media and volunteer management, Naumce contributes as a project advisor and facilitator, demonstrating his knowledge of project implementation.

Boyan Draganov
Meet our Operational Manager, Boyan, the driving force behind the smooth and efficient functioning of our organisation. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, he ensures that our day-to-day operations run seamlessly, allowing us to focus on our mission of empowering youth.
Boyan ensures the seamless execution of our initiatives under the Erasmus+ program.
